I love talking, especially to students. I think what prevents students from landing on a great job is not just what they call skill-gap but what I call “will-gap” - which is simply a lack of inspiration.

Hence, I tell students that it is not just IQ or technical skills alone that are going to take them to places. With examples and personal stories can show them how important is their passion, attitude, and motivation.
